I have this problem, when I disconnect the motor from the mechanics, and try to run it in JOG it still shows me error 25050. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello kicotrog, Welcome to forum. Please open new topic instead posting your query in old topic. Please do provide brief information about system & fault message which shall help forum members to help you quickly. 25050 Contour monitoring alarm - NCK internally calculates actual value for command set-point & checks difference between this calculated value & actual true axis value. If this difference is greater than the contour tolerance value set in axis MD 36400, then alarm 25050 is triggered. So check if axis MD 36400 value is modified or is original. When you check motor by disconnecting from mechanics, please confirm below points. 1. Does this axis active measuring system is motor encoder or external encoder. If motor encoder, then you can test & in such case, axis mechanical problem is ruled out. 2. If this axis active measuring system is external i.e. fitted on axis mechanics, then you will get same alarm since in such case, external feedback system will not provide appropriate feedback (since motor is disconnected from mechanics, actual axis motion is not possible) & system will pop up 25050. So after above confirmation, please check if motor turns when you run in JOG, if it runs, check motor encoder cable, motor three phase winding resistance, motor supply cable continuity, motor IR value etc. etc. If motor related i.e. motor, cable, encoder etc. is OK, you need to check by replacing drive control module & still if problem persist, need to check by replacing drive LT module. If you have similar capacity drive, try by swapping. Hope this helps. |

Hello PISCEAN 2010 Sorry for the reply to the old topic, I'm new to the forum and I found this topic with the same problem as mine. The axial active measuring system is a motor encoder. In JOG the motor goes, but the vibration in the motor is felt. Then I try to move the engine to the left and right and it immediately shows an error. I also tried to turn the axle by hand at rest and felt a slight resistance in the engine, and then it gave up and immediately shows an error. I turn off the machine for 10 minutes and after that I try to move the machine in JOG, everything works normally, and I can't move the shaft with my hand in the idle state. I will check everything you stated and I will send you an answer if I have solved the problem. kicotrog |
