Unable to discover the opc ua server with port 4840

Hello I am using the same method to connect (840d sl v04.05+sp3+hf02 win 7) pcu but i was unable to discover the opc ua server with port 4840. I have tried different opc client like kepware, opc scout v10 but the server was not discoverable. What additional setting should i check to connect the server?
