In node-red you can go to Manage Palete -> Install and search for nodes as well and install them. Your IOT2050 and PC needs an internet connection for that. Best regards!

Some have e.g. dependencies to other NodeJS versions or other software, which is not available or installed in other versions. The GPIO nodes seem not installable. Maybe you can try to install make beforehand, because there is some error about not found: make. But as I said in your other post, I recoomend using the Example Image, when it comes to GPIO usage in node-red (and most of all other cases). Best regards!
