Hello everyone,

Because of the shortage internationnal, we can't found a Deported unit on our PLC config on a correct price.

So for found a solution we want to use an CPU as Master and an other CPU as a Slave.

I know it's an expansive solution but we didn't find an other.

But i'm not sur about the way to make a M/S realation on 2 cpu.

Some one can help me ?

Sorry i've forget to write the informations...

It's about an ET200SP, 6ES75101DJ010AB0,CPU 1510SP-1PN,100Ko/750Ko.

With a profinet protocol.

our config is normaly like :

- CPU -> Profinet  ->Deported units (6ES71556AU010BN0 - ET 200SP, IM155-6PN ST)

  HMI (TP1900 Confort)

And we need to remplace the IM155-6PN ST by an other CPU 1510SP-1PN.

Our supplier say to me it's possible with a few programmation but i want to try by my self before...

if you use a plc to replace a distributed IM you must use i-Slave/i-device 

anf then you must copy the the data localy in the plc to the io/slots

and also some differences which bussystem is used

As i said 2 message above, the both CPU are ET200SP CPU 1510SP-1 i didn't explain this in my first message sorry. 

Do you think a OPC UA server can did this work ?

 Easyest way is to use I-device fuction.

Configuration and Application of the PROFINET I-Device Function

modbus is not need

OPC can not used for this

so use i-Device , write a short ob which copy the data from CPU1 to local i/O and back
