And I don't know if you ask for this possibility (connection CPU and this relay via TCP/IP) Siemens Power Transmission and Distribution. Anyway established communication between CPU41x and Siprorec via Profibus DP is clear. This can be done, but a license is necessary for the use of the driver library + PROFIBUS-DP communication module for Siprotec4. About TCP/IP connecion - There hasNetview (Siemens freeware) software for online monitoring tool for Siprotec devices; shows the most relevant communication parameters. The tool is available at http://siemens.siprotec.de/download_neu/html_nav/ind_sw_e.htm. Did you try to connect PC with this tool. And after that to read this parameters in OPC server. ANd continue in this direction to show this parameters to SCADA system. But if this is possible? Success with searching for right decision! regards
