I have a project to test the MindConnect IoT2040 module with the help of MindSphere. But a problem prevents me from going ahead. Indeed, when the MindConnect IoT2040 module is started up, it does not come online and does not connect to the MindSphere server. I followed the steps in the "MindSphere Getting Started" technical doc, so I connected my IoT2040 module (X1P1 port) with an Ethernet cable (RJ45) to the switch connected to the local network as well as my computer. Then I configured on MindSphere the Web interface connection in DHCP, but when transferring the "ConBox_Config" file with a USB key in FAT32 format the module does not respond. The user led remains orange without even blinking. Moreover, no diagnostic file in .txt format is created.

The MindConnect IoT2040 module has already been used on a previous project. I was therefore advised to reformat the module to factory settings using a "ConBox_Commands.json" file, and to install the latest firmware version dated 31 December 2021 "IoT2040_03.04.02.12_b003" (fw file). After the transfer by USB key the module was still in the same state, the orange user led without even blinking. With the factory settings it should have restarted which was also not done.

This was done with different USB stick, Ethernet cable, computer and MindSphere account, without success. I am contacting you to find out if there is a solution or a way to go.
