It sounds like you have a BACnet integration to a Mitsubishi / Toshiba AC system.

There are probably several ways to achieve what you're looking for. See attached screen dump as one example - there are various properties highlighted in yellow.

There's a simple Text object on the graphic. The Text is set to 'Normal' if the value is 8000. Any value that's not 8000 - the Text gets set to 'Alarm'.

Under the Evaluation Editor, you'll see the 'Expression' box has a value of 8000 within it - this is where you would drag and drop your actual error-code Analog Input to.

You can test these kind of things out by simply entering numerical values into the Expression box (as is shown on the screen dump) - once you know it works, then you can drag and drop the actual AI.

Yes. In the Library Browser (within the graphics editor) search for the symbol named STA_All_Display_Box_None_None_Central_001, you can maybe use this. It's the standard-looking box already used in various dynamic symbols that come in the default libraries.

The symbol is located in the Global_Base_HQ_1 library.
