The other error message I`ve got is Error 20. Object is not updated. Where can I find the list of XFB error codes? Is there anything I could do to update the object?

can you try to use another BA browser e.q. YABE (https://sourceforge.net/projects/yetanotherbacnetexplorer/)

Then the data from browser will be more understandable and YABE shows the address exact as you need for PXC4/5 addressing.

See attached the BACnet browser results. There is probably a setting in the controller that would make it work. I am still trying different idea. If you think of anything else, please let me know
