IS PCS7 V9.0 SP2 COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 10 ENTERPRISE LTSC OR NOT?

I HAVE INSTALLED CLIENT AND DOWNLOAD FROM ES BUT WINCC NOT RUN.

I GET THIS INFORMATION.

"THE PROJECT COULD NOT BE OPENED.ERROR:CANNOT OPEN OR START WINCC PROJECT,AS PROJECT MANAGER CANNOT START BASIC APPLICATION XREF"

PLEASE GUIDE ME.

NO ,,,, PCS7v9,0 (all SP) are compatible with Win10 LTSB 2015 or Win 7 and if you install it on another version of windows some problems will happen (e.g. WinCC will not work properly and you can not add PC stations to your project),,,,,,,,,,,

AS I experienced, Win10 LTSB 2015 is not a stable and trustable version of windows and has a lot of bugs which will bother you after installation (e.g it suddenly stops working and when you turn on the PC, windows will not start and you have to repair it or install it again),,,,,,

so I recommend you using Win 7 (all versions are OK with PCS7 v9.0), you should just be careful when choosing your PC hardware , because NOT all CPUs and Mainboards and Graphic cards support Win 7 and they only can be used with win 10. (newly produced hardware are not supporting Win 7).
