Hello Moon face, 1. Please clarify what is exactly problem? What alarms are displayed? How you conclude "lost of software"? 2. You need to contact OEM or machine supplier since its of no use to restore NC/PLC back up form another machine. NC/PLC back up depends on system software version, type of CCU/NCU used, drives configured on machine, as well as PLC logic developed & it differs from machine to machine. Please check above points. |
