I have got a problem on packing Machine PLC s7300 , cpu 6es7 315-2af02-0ab0

the machine was not functional for long time and when we started it after a long it brings

SF,  BATF,  SF DP , BF

i have changed the battery and now SF DP and BF  are off 

but after Power cycle  it get in to RUN mode for a few seconds and back to STOP and also SF LED turned ON and go to STOP  mode.

i have tried to see the diagnostics buffer , it says I/O access error (picture attached)

there are two devices on Profibus ntk, HMI and tempreture controller

i wonder to know does Hardware configuration is lost because of battery power lost?

Hello Addis Ababa;

The specific mrssage you show from your diagnostic buffer shows an IO access error witj a missing OB. This is probably OB 122 (confirm this in the following messages in the buffer), you should create OB 122 in yhe Blocks folder of Step 7 and download it to the CPU. 

I suggest you look at your diagnostic buffer screen again, the one in your screenshot, and use the Save as.. button to generate a text file containing all the messages logged in your buffer. Post the text file here so we can help you understand wjat the CPU is complaining about.

i have attached the Diagnostics buffer in txt as you requested.

but to try" you should create OB 122 in the Blocks folder of Step 7 and download it to the CPU"

this i am currently using TIA portal V16 and this CPU is not supported by My Engineering Software .

Please Advice me if there is any possibility to do so  using TIA or any other options.

Do you have an EEprom or a RAM on board the CPU?
if you have an EEprom keep the key selector on STOP until the orange LED remains steady, then return the selector to RUN-P
