Hello, Solution 01: Kindly go through the below link, He has clearly mention the error and solution in the thread New Safety Matrix V6.2 Project: Viewer opens with a blank Safety Matrix Faceplate SIMATIC Safety Matrix V6.2 SP2 Upd2 and V6.3 Upd2 have been tested for compatibility with PCS 7 V9.0 incl. SP3. You have installed Safety Matrix V6.2 SP2 which is not been tested with V9.0 SP3. Hence, I request you to update the compatible F-System and Safety matrix for the flawless operation. Kindly go through the section 4.19 - SIMATIC Safety Matrix and S7 F Systems in the below link. SIMATIC Process Control System PCS 7 Readme V9.0 incl. SP3 (online) Hope it helps you! |

Hi , Techno_Taru I extremely tank you for your reply For Sloution1: I have already done this solution but unfortunately it did not work. For Sloution1: I studied SIMATIC Process Control System PCS 7 Readme V9.0 incl. SP3 (online) that you pointed, but i must clarify that i have install Safety Matrix V6.2 SP2 UP2 on our ES. but when i had a look in this document i realized i have to install S7 F Systems V6.2 Upd1 and V6.3 while i have installed S7 F Systems V6.2. i am going to install the S7 F Systems V6.2 Upd1 and report you consequences here. In addition, i must say that the highlighted tags(Yellow) that are attached here are the tags that are not created in PCS7 V9.0 SP3, although all of these tags are existing in PCS7 V8.2.(the source of the program is the same and i just open the program in pcs7 V9.0 SP3 but when i compile CFC and OS, these tags are missed!!!)
