Is there a program command to open the target logo's door to accept overriding the program in the target logo?

First who can make program command to open target logo's door to accept overwrite program in target logo.? I think impossible except he is the one in Logo team of Siemens, known how to. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
