Hey everyone, I've been working with Alarm Logging lately, and I've seen the "@" placeholders in a number of the messages I'm reviewing without a solid understanding of what they are referring to.

For example, I have a message where the Source = "@1%s@@2%s@@3%s@", Area = "@4%s@", and the Event Text = "@102%s@: @5%s@ (@6%s@) Start Simulation TAG @7%s@ (@8%s@) with value=@9%s@, Reason: @103%s@" . 

I've seen in other forum posts that "@100%s@" indicates the computer name and that "@102%s@" indicates the username, so would anyone happen to know what all other possible placeholder references mean? Or would you at least know where I could look them up?

I've got the explanations for you:

@100%s@ = Computername

@101%s@ = Application name

@102%s@ = User name

@103%s@ = Comment (in long term archiving. A comment must be entered to display this

Furthermore, you can also use the following placeholders for example: single messages, using the following data types: Byte (Y), Word (W), DWORD (X), Integer (I), DoubleInteger (D), Bool (B), CHAR (C) and REAL (R) eq: @1Y%d@, @2W%d@, @3W%d@, @3X%d@, @5W%d@, @6Y%d@. For example: "@2W%d@ references the second associated value as "WORD".

Can u please explain about @1%s@ , @2%s@ ..... @10%s@. I have few questions which are as below 

1) Are meaning of this tag is fixed ?I have seen that @1%s@ is used for batch name . 

2) If they are fixed then where can i get more information them. 

3) How can i use them to generate Message ??
