I would like to know if the s7-1200 is enough to operate the following items;

• 1 x Keyence Controller
• 4  x  Siemens v90 Drive/Servo System or can be festo not sure yet.
• 1 x Pneumatic Cylinder
• 15 x  Digital Input
• 4 x  Digital Output

3 x digital micrometer (maybe going to add) if would be added, going to need another keyence controller.

First of all S7-1200 is series of PLC, so you need decide what work/load memory you will use approximaly, then you can see what types of CPU's exist link HERE it's different load/work memory, integrated inputs/outputs, expension signal modules...

Or try read datashhet of your controller, we don't know how you communicate with other PLC or servo drives. (fieldbus or discrete)

To add a few details on Mr.V's excellent answer, his link to the Siemens electronic catalog (Indusry Mall) shows you that none of the S7-1200 CPUs provide enough connections for your 15 DI requirements, the highest number is 14 integrated DI even for the S7-1217C. So you wll have to add either a SM (signal module, 8 or 16 DI 24 VDC) or a SB (signal board, either 4 DI 5 VDC or 4DI 24 VDC). Open the IO Modules in the left column of the catalog for more details.

What model are these Keyence controllers, for example the Keyence site shows Micorometer controllers LS-7001, which only propose a RS232 interface, in which case you will need to add a CM 1241 RS232 (6ES7241-1AH32-0XB0) communication module on the S7-1200 rack.
