What do you mean "want disable 4th axis because my machine have 3 axis"

do you know how many axis hardware you really have. such as 3 drives or 4 drives (including motors)

from the screen how many linear axis ?

If your machine working good, I don't suggest  change any machine Data just for disappear unused Axis from the screen.  

do you know how to make system back up, make it now.

If you want to try it is on your risk! I attached 802D startup manual, you need read Chapter 8,

if you want to try, before you change any MD, you need to know you have back up.

Since you are going to commission machine, please restore default data & configure hardware as well as drives data. To restore default data, press SHIFT + ALARM key simultaneously, then press START UP soft key, in displayed page, select Power Up with default data & press ENTER. Default data will be loaded & then you can proceed ahead.

I still don't understand--the #1 important thing --You bought 2nd hand machine. it with Siemens CNC 802D and all 611UE drives, motors all good ready to running??

or you have 2nd hand 802D  controller you want to install it to you (another machine) you don't need 4th axis?

Please if you want to help give the detail story and post picture of MD30130=???

Don't pay more time to disappear un-used axis on the screen. If 4th axis not in use but system showing alarm for that. I said post MD 30130 /MD30240

I am installing SINUMERIK 802D for milling machine.

I buy second hand CNC control and this control have 4 axis in screen but my machine have only 3 axis servo and drive.

 Good, I know now--your 4th axis Not active, you don't need to worry about its connection to drives. making machine working 1st.

But if you want to disappear A axis from the screen, try to MD20070[4]=0 and cycle the power to see

X Y Z Axis : MD 30130 : 1 / MD 30240 : 4

Sp Axis : MD 30130 : 1 / MD 30240 : 2

A axis (4th axis ) : MD30130 : 0 / MD 30240 : 0

And 20070 parameter is in attachment
