Taking risk on yourself:

#1--insert NCU 572.4 into NCU box, initial start up, 

#2--Download NC Archive and PLC Archive (S4 set to 2,PLC stop) during download 

#3--Using PG/PC SIMATIC Manager upload PLC program (NCU to PG) , open "Block" , find FB15

(System/Version FB) , delete it, then download all blocks to PLC.
