One of our customer has been done an update with their existing 2014 SP2 UPD1 system to 2014 SP2 UPD3 for an elimination of some bugs and errors. After that, the historian is stuck in "idle" status and nevertheless they couldn't change the status "start" or "shutdown". OS servers are already updated also. All services are running and there's no network issue.

So PH is not storing data since after update. Is there anyone has face kind of this issue.

We're offered to customer to do updates regulary but in similar cases it gets more problem most of time.

May be try to find any error in sql? Login into sql, check the dbdatabase and see if it is healthy.
