I am still new to the Siemens logo and I am building my first program for a conveyor. I managed to work the conveyor through the PLC. Now my task is to add the start, stop and also a reset. The reset button will be there so when the emergency is pressed and then released will home all the positions. Now I need to add these three functions to the program.  Additionaly, I am attaching my program of what I have done until now.

Unfortunately, your program is so confusing that it is difficult to understand the exact process.You should first tidy up and describe your overall project in detail.

What do you mean by "if the distress call is pressed and then released, all positions are reset"? If you do an emergency stop with the reset, the logo is not approved for this, at least in my country. An automatic reset to the basic position would also be very dangerous !

If it is a general basic position (without an emergency stop) then the question remains what the basic position is ?

Basically, the conveyor has two identical sections one where the tray will be lifted up from the conveyor and the other one will elevate down the tray back to the conveyor. 

When the tray arrives there is the Part presence where it locks the position valve so the tray will not move, also a signal to move downwards the motor. When the motor down hits the bottom limit switch the piston will open and another motor works ACW to move in the tray. The tray has two metal parts to count when passes the part presence, after the second count the piston closes again. The tray that is going in there is another part presence to stop the motor from turning ACW and also the motor "up and down" will go up. When the motor while going up hits the upper limit switch will cut the supply and the motor of straight will switch on CW to put the tray back on the conveyor. On the top, there is another part presence where it counts to two once again to open the piston for the next tray. This sequence is the same on the other side but inversed.

Now I need a start to start the sequence of the conveyor, stop acting like an emergency also I need to add emergency buttons and reset I need it since if something happens while operating I need a button to reset all components to make sure there is nothing that can be damaged when continuing the cycle.

The starting position is from the top there is a conveyor always on and moves the tray this goes into the lifting sequence and then moves the bottom conveyor and same there is another lifting procedure. Yes, I would like to make it more structured kindly what do you suggest, as already mentioned I am still new in this area.
