PCS 7 Plant & Process View not appearing

There are some components are missed in your installation, that we could see in your attached file. To see plant view (Plant Hierarchy/Technological Hierarchy) TH should be there in installed list. Kindly reinstall the PCS7 using Package Installation using PCS7 9.1 Build and recheck. Hope it helps you!
