We have Redundant PCS7 Bundle with CPU410-5H with Safety ET200M Modules and facing below problem.

1. During Changeover from Rack0 CPU(Master) to Rack1 CPU(Standby) all FDI & FDO modules are passivated , However CPU is in RUN Mode after Switchover and if we Reintegrate Channels everything becomes Healthy.

2. During Changeover from Rack-1 CPU(Master) to Rack0 CPU(Standby) master/standby changeover is ok without passivation.

PCS7 Version :- V9.0 SP3

Kindly Guide to resolve above problem.

We have set H parameters as per attachments and as explained in PCS7 Safety manuals.

 Kindly go trough attachments and suggest necessary modifications required.
