Hello, First of all thank you for your detailed answer. It helped a lot. However, I have another problem as after exporting, translating and importing PH names, PH names only in level 2 of PH are getting translated and not in level 3 for example, Adsorption Dryer is getting translated and can see during language change, but dryer1, dryer2 and dryer3 does appear after import and hence they stay in English itself. What could be the cause? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi Shree2893, as mark1507 suggest in his post you have a blank between "Dryer" and the number. And you have to consider that the characters { ‘ } { . } { % } { \ } { * } { ? } { : } { blank} within a name are converted into the substitute character { $ } during OS compilation. The ES separator { \ } is converted to character { / }. So you have to look at the "Dryer$1" in the text list. If you want to use more then one language I can recommend to the application example Configuration of Texts and Languages in SIMATIC PCS 7. With regards |
