You should know the machine system story . you making new add-on , new project? or running machine recently has trouble . if you know the history you need check HW, replacement 1st .

and then try to tuning the drive system 

you statement not clear -- "set the Gain 32200 , But still no improvement" , did you try to reduce Gain? , Tuning is a system work, not only Gain also " Position controller integral time "

And normally we don't direct tuning for position loop but for speed loop, that you need go to drive parameters, I did not check 804D SL. but power line for sure after Version 4.4 there is "Auto Tuning " menu under "start up" area

Assuming it is old running machine, please check below points.

1. Does this table has motor encoder or external encoder feedback? IIf external encoder, check mechanics. If motor encoder, check drive current.

2. Assuming it is new machine under commissioning, conduct AUTO SERVO tuning, speed & position control loops. 

To diagnosis the problem, conduct/use trace of the axis with speed, current parameter & attach it here.

1. You need to check first compatibility of your spare encoder with the existing encoder, i.e. type of encoder, output waveform, supply voltage, mounting feasibility etc. etc.

2. Since your spare encoder PPR is 1024 & original encoder PPR value is 2048, you need to confirm its adopatibility from application point of view.

3. If point no 1 & 2 is OK, you need to check its configuration with SMC. (please check which SMC type is installed on machine & check if the same is suitable to configure your new/spare encoder)

4. If all above points are OK, then you need to change external encoder related parameters in drive, configure & accept those & check.
