The LOGO 0BA8 has a RTC (Real Time Clock) but you need to setup the correct time when you power it fot the first time.  The RTC has an Back-up battery, when power is off for time longer than the backup time  ( a full battery is 20 days) your clock is not correct, and you must set the time by hand.

The RTC in the LOGO is not a synchronised clock, ist works independed of a Real clock, the mismatch of the clock is approx 2 sec/day

The LOG0 0BA8 has a Summer/winter change automatically. You can setup several summer/wintertime, changedate, like EU UK, US, AUS, or set by hand-date

The Clock can set by minutes, so the smallest ON or OFF time is 1 minute.

The LOGO can by connected to a extension unit (CSM...). This unit can get the time of a GPS system and can connected to the LOGO, so the time is synchronised.

Today nearly all Internetrouters have NTP-Server integrated. If you connect a LOGO! 8.2 or 8.3 to such a router, then you can use the NTP-Server for date&time sychronisation.

If LOGO! is mounted in a area where no Internet is availalbe, then you can also use LOGO! CMR or CIM. Both can connect to a NTP Server in Internet via mobile phone provider.

That's not correct. The CSM module is only a unmanaged 4 port switch.

The CMR module can synchronize the date and time of a LOGO! 0BA8.
