polat82 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear Sirs, We got a CNC 840D We are getting error 206200 and 207862. Axis are locked, we can't move them. The machine fault "wait axis enable missing" and something means "axis are not free". Thanks advance, Best regards,

ubarreraisicnc Member Joined: 10/30/2018 Last visit: 4/16/2024 Posts: 4 Rating: (1)	Hello all We have a 840 Dsl NCU710.1 6FC5 371-0AA10-0AA0 Screen is: PCU50.3-C with OP 012 :12,1" The power supply is 6SL3130-7TE21-6AA3 active line module Drives are 6SL3120-2TE15-0AA3 and 6SL3120-1TE15-0AA3 Double and single motor module Servomotors are 1FK7042-5AF71-1DA0 three of the same kind The system is a programming station that sometimes is used to test Servomotors and drives. After one of this tests we assemble the station as usual and reest to factory settings to let the control recognize and configure the devices as we always do after testing. But now we are getting this alarms when after the power contactor goes on: 207862 DP003.Slave003:ALM_3.3:2(2): External fault 3. 206200 DP003.Slave003:ALM_3.3:2(2): Infeed:Failureof one or several line phases. We are feeding the system with 400V 60Hz. We changed the ALM power supply and the drives with new ones and got the same alarms We dont have another NCU to test. It is not clear what exactly causes the external fault 3 alarm So any suggestions on what else to check is welcome Thank you

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (485)	Hello, Please check your incoming connection fed the machine here could be disturbance. also when your configuring in the drive configuration have selecting the proper line filter in this ? here are the possible causes. Cause: Failure overvoltage in one or several line supply phases. The fault can be output in two operating states: 1. During the power-on phase of the infeed unit. The measured line supply angle deviates from the regular characteristic for a 3-phase system - the PLL cannot be synchronized. The fault occurs immediately after power-up if, when operating with a Voltage Sensing Module (VSM), the phase assignment L1, L2, L3 at the VSM differs from the phase assignment at the power unit. 2. While the infeed is operational. After a voltage dip has been detected or an overvoltage (note A06205) in one or several line phases a fault occurred within 100 ms (also refer to other relevant messages). Generally, before fault message F06200 is output, Alarm A06205 occurs at least once, whose warning value can provide information regarding the cause of the line supply fault. Remedy: - - check the line supply and fuses. - check the connection and size (rating) of the line reactor. - check and correct the phase assignment at the VSM (X521 or X522) and at the power unit. - check the load. - if failed in operation, carefully note the previous alarm messages A6205 with alarm values. ubarreraisicnc Member Joined: 10/30/2018 Last visit: 4/16/2024 Posts: 4 Rating: (1)	Hello all, just updating in this issue, we checked the 400V input, filter and reactor are OK we changed the order of the phases, nothing changed got the same alarms. We got a new project to install a new 840Dsl and have no problems in the startup and commissioning, We test the station with that new NCU and the problem is the same. So at this point we tested with new NCU, ALM and Motor modules. The problem has to be in the conecctions of the programming station. If you have any new suggestions about what else to check they will be welcomed. Thank you.
