PLC clear procedure - not able to load the PLC through archive

And after keeping the s4 on "0" the led status green along with 6 on SSD. even after i am not able to load the PLC through archive ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from PLC clear procedure - PF LED has not light up.
