Hi

I have Process Historian 2014 and IS installed in a server which need to get datas from WinCC professional V16 which is installed from another PC.

Configuration done as the SIEMENS manual "106264271_Installation_IS_PH_en" but unable get connected each other.

1) Both PCs have same user name and in "workgroup"

2) PH Ready component is running in WinCC PC.

3) All services mention in the given manual enabled and running.

4) No data source is showing in the PH console.

5) Connected clients in the console shows "0" in the PH console.

6) Status of the PH in the console "Idle", "start" given from the console with bring the Status back to "Idle".

Please suggest if anything else need to to taken care to run the PH with data collection.

In my experiences process historian is the most confusing and also the most simple part of the project!!! 

I recommend you to take a look at this post and reconfigure the database in Process Historian Console until you get to ACTIVE status.

I did reconfigure multiple times. It gives the same result. Services as per the manual is enabled, but no positive result.

Appreciate if any one can help on it

I think there is a software compatibility problem. Check your software versions using siemens compatibility tool.
