Hello, I think I have the same problem (I think). I am using a ET200SP (CPU1512SP F-1 PN) an a HMI MTP1900 Unified Comfort Panel. Sometimes, I have to use a VPN Connection, an then, I can not see the HMI "Online". I can not connect or find the HMI an I can not see the "Online and diagnostics" Page. When I have a activ connection to the PLC, I can update the HMI Programm, but only the Software and I can not make any diagnostics or Operating System Updates. Why can I use and connect the PLC, Servo Drives .... but not the HMI?
