Hello to All, I can't modify Memory Bits on PLCSIM V14, the memory bit ( M0.0) is looks like passive. You can see this at attached picture. Also I can't modify DB values as well. Inputs can be modify easily but memory bits and DB values can't. I've searched on forum (There was a topic but nobody answered about that: One of old posts or googled it but I could not the solution. So is there anybody who can tell me how I fix it? Thanks in advance By the way: I'm using PLCSIM V14 and TIA portal V14 |

Well, M0.0 is used for system byte by default. You can see this from the HW config of the PLC. This info is also in the 1200 system manual... Use the forum search in TIA Portal conference. PLCsim is widely talked over here, and how you can modify Inputs when using PLCsim. |

Thanks for your interest Hati, I've tried another memory bits (M55.0 and M65.0, attached pic) but still I can not simulate them via PLCSIM. I'll try to find answer by searching the forum. Thanks in advance. to all member , If there are another possible solutions please let me know Have a nice and healthy day |

Perhaps this thread should be renamed to "Memory bits in PLCSIM V14: How to use SIM TABLE". Modify bits using the watch tables. Create time-event triggered changes in the sim table to simulate a set of coordinated actions that might happen at precisely the same time, or more data and faster than you can simulate using a watch table. For testing simple networks, a watch table is sufficient - and preferred.

In the PLC project, not the simulator (for watch tables). |
