Hi I have a new LOGO! CIM module and can't get the celular data to connect. The cellular settings page shows that the module is plugged in but the mPCIe LED flashes for about 20 seconds then goes out for 10 seconds and repeats. I have a SIM card installed that I know is activated and works but it shows as not detected. The mPCIe module is one of the recommended ones from the manual, the Telit LE910C1-EU. I have two of the mPCIe modules and they both produce the same results but only have one CIM base unit as the second is on back order so can't rule out a hardware issue with that. Hi, I would try the following steps: 1. Reset the CIM to factory reset and try again Hope this helps |
