How to run PCS 7 V9.0 on Windows Pro 64 bit or any other Windows 10?

TorresPE Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Having same issues here with 1909. Getting the "verbindungsversuch fehlgeschlagen" Error when starting the Station Configurator. Havent found a solution to it yet, but have lost too much time with this. Reinstalling the software doesn't help. Will probably make the correct installation now. Was worth the try though.

Would be nice to know to get a better picture of your circumstances. Consider uninstalling SIMATIC NET and reinstalling same. For PLCSIM it was helping in our case (just updated my first post within this topic). Best regards...
	"Expert" does not necessarily mean Siemens employee. Please cross-check your requirements always with official Siemens documentation. Also "Experts" are pleased about feedback. Microsoft is not providing enterprise version 2015 LTSC in my region. It is old OS now. I am helpless now, what to do? Is siemens offering any IPC suitable as ES and OS for PCS7 v9.0 SP2? Is any of this suitable? Kbv.

LTSC 2016 is also not supported, but maybe Microsoft Server 2016 x64 bit is suitable for your case? I don't know if this is available to you as well? This year PCS7 V9.1 should be released on the market. Maybe this version supports Windows 10... we have to wait for more details.

Microsoft is not providing enterprise version 2015 LTSB in my region. It is old OS now. I am helpless now, what to do? im using windows 10 pro in my eng station from 2019 it is working fine. only one problem facing if any problem creates in pcs7 Siemens online support simply saying your os is not compatible.
