With Unified v17.1 Im not more able to " User Log In" in PC RT web page ( Simulation), always " uncorrect password". Also if user have correct role: HMI admin, and when download , reset all and not " keep user administration data runtime" Any idea how to reset User of WinCC Unified ? Not able to simulate also Demo project ( download from support", compilation OK but cannot log in on simulation ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Have you tried choosing a language from the dropdown menu underneath? I have experianced the same and choosing a language helped me. |

Hello, I had the same issue and also followed all advices I found on the forum: - Overwrite the user settings - Delete the WinCC runtime from Simatic Runtime Manager, clear Edge application cache =>https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109805541 - Clear the setting of Wincc Unified in IIS (Internet Information Service) - Generate a new certificate with WinCC Unified Configuration At the End, I still had the issue. The solution for me has been running a WinCC runtime of a new project and after having started again the runtime from my project and I logged in successfully!
