hello everyone

i am using 840d step7 in these day i have face problem

after refreshing machine backup and plc archive all axises send to reference y,z,a,b,referenced properly.

but X axis is not reference after two or three try X-axis reference but main screen value (reading )is not good it must be approximately -1000.00mm but here is 8972.987 some thing after that again i send to reference  than 8972.987 increase and after -60 mm it show 9032.987 .some time different value show. every time it is different. X-axis is distance coded reference.

paramter no MD 34200[1]=3

if i changed MD34200[1]=1 then machine reference through cam switch and machine value is correct 000.000 and machine is at  zero point. after that machine working properly in all mode and cycle.

so when i want change at MD34200[1]=3. and i try to adjust offsetting in parameter no MD 34090 but i cann't set, may be my procedure is not correct. Machine send to reference point, machine referenced.

But value is not good as recommended how i can handle this problem.

Try setting 34320[1] to 1.  It seems like the "direction" of the distance coded marks are opposite the machine direction.

I  try with MD 34320 =1 but not get good result

I already write that MCS Value are not same WCS Value, when i want to set MD34200[1]=3

than every time after machine reference position  (HMI) show unexpected value.

Machine X-Axis Value must be in - sign (Values) after reference position but some time in + or some time

in - reading display.

If i try through MD34200[1]=1 than machine correct working and reference value are correctly display.

At reference point the position is zero (000.000) .Machine Max range are  -12000 and +2.0 value.

If MCS does not equal WCS, then you have an offset active.  You can see this in the Parameter area on the Offset screen.

If the distance coded reference does not work properly, you may need to change 34300 and 34310 based on your specific scale.

You may have a faulty reference mark.  You can set 34200 to 8, and it will repeat the reference move and compare the results.  This might help locate the problem.

Yes distance coded reference does not work properly, I have another same Machine Like this.Compare parameter and  changed 34300 and 34310 .

We set 34200 to 8, But we cann't find (address) problem.Every time reference value changed after Machine power OFF and ON

Before this may be I am wrong Manufacture engineer solved this problem Through MD 34090
