You see recently I answered many questions. most time I mentioned --You need to know and provide machine story. such as is it new machine still in warranty ? why this problem not happen xxx? what condition changed ? I attached HT8 manual , you may read by yourself.

for answer your question, I double checked Siemens PLC basic program. I don't find there is Siemens provide standard FC or FB for transfer HT8 , so it seems OEM making PLC program 

PS: may i suggest you in the gantry axis, making gantry coupled 1st (reference ) then I think they will jog together, so the feed override will be working for both axis

Hello, I have a Sinumerik HT 8 on which the Feed-Rate Override works when connected to one gantry, but when connected to another gantry line the Feed-Rate Override will not function?

Is this a programming issue in the NCU/Gantry or an issue with my HT 8?
