Liliana Posts: 22 Rating: (1)	Hi, We have numerical control SINUMERIK 802D. In the AUTO, for example: G01 X200 F100 appears the message "wait for spindle" and axis not moving. There is no other error. With G0 X200 the axes go. Where is the problem? Iri

MD 35500(SPIND_ON_SPEED_AT_IPO_START) is probably not set correctly and should be 1 (no feedmove) or 2 (no movement at all). Then feed movement can only start when spindle is upto speed. MD35150 should be set to define the tolerance. (0,1 ->10%). Best regards.

It was encoder feedback problem, may be wrong PPR configuration or cable connection or coupling problem etc. etc. Please check other memebr's suggestion also. HTH.

It's OK to reference other's posts. but did you read the answers as well. what is your problem. and what kind of control you have--Turing or Milling.
