 how i can write  the user cycle

Please check, you should have PG/PC with RS232 port & cable plus WinPCIN software. With help of it, please get USER CYCLES on your PG/PC from another healthy machine, (if it is not available on your external PG/PC). With same set up try to reload USER CYCLES on your machine which you desire. Please refer attached sheet which will help you to take & restore data back up by WinPCIN software. Please note, you need to select USER CYCLES while taking & restoring cycles.
