In Simatic WinCC 7.5 OS Server, unable to get logon popup second time via login button in the logon area while closing the logon popup that appears when WinCC project gets activated for the first time. The popup appears only after deactivating the WinCC project completely and activating it again.

Kindly do share any options or settings available that can resolve this issue.

- Which exact WinCC Version are you using (With SP and Upd)?

- do you use the latest Updates for your Version?

- does this behaviour also occurs in other projects?

- Do you use a Basic Process Control Project (OS Project Editor) or without?

- How do you open the Logon dialog?

Hi Murof,

              We currently use Simatic PCS7 9.0 SP3 and WinCC 7.4 Updt 14.

              Also we find it as a common issue in other projects as well.

              We are using OS project Editor as well. 

              We have a logon button in the overview PDL area which prompts for a simatic logon popup upon clicking the button. 

Note: The same button fails to open the logon popup if not logged in when the Simatic logon popup appears for the first time wincc project is activated.
