Dear friends

I've modified one machine system to use ET200S Thermocouple modules 2AI TC HF (Part no. 6ES7134-4NB01-0AB0) instead of SM331 TC module Rack version due to cable problem, but after set-up new units and connecting K-type thermocouples with default set up of 2AI TC HF modules, I've fixed offset error about 38 celsius, I've added offset to the reading in my program +380 but it is not normal, what can be the reason so that I can reset the offset againg to zero??

Thanks for your reply, I've checked the modules configuration which are so simple, just the thermocouple type (in my case K) and measuring (celsius) but having the same offset for all modules (38 degree), it is very strange to have all this deviation for 15 modules with same offset ???

Since all modules have same error, I guess it is related with parameter setting. K type thermocouple nominal range is -270 deg C to +1372 deg C which = -2700 D to 13720 D so I suggest you to please check setting/scaling of AI in your program.

no other normalization used so I feel so strange to have this offset for all 15 modules even SM331x8TC does not have any deviation

and this gives accurate reading without offset correction need
