Is there a way to get information which one? I check manually my program against library which I am using and seems to be ok. regards Edek

The problem is when i try to update block FC276(CH_AO) from version 6.0 to version 7.0. Version 6.0 coming from PCS7 library V71 SP2 Upd1 but i I need to use block from PCS7 library V71 SP3 Upd4. I the program that is the only one signal block which is coming from this library. With version 6.0 I am able to compile but not with version 7.0. regards Edek

If you have not done the update block type so far, then follow the below steps. Update block types Select the block folder in the master data library of the multiproject and then select the menu command "Options > Charts > Update block types". In the dialog that opens you can select or deselect all the programs (and sample solutions). Click on the "Continue" button. All the block types are displayed for selection/deselection. Select the blocks for system updating from the "List of changed system blocks". Click on the "Finish" button

I was installed the latest version of PCS7 library for V71 which is V71SP4Upd4. This library has a block which can work with PCS7V8x, they are in the different folder (see attachment), but those block you can use only if you project was already in the version V8, other wise you will get the same error during compilation which I described above. So my solution was to use version of the block in v6.0(from block+template folder) then to the migration to to higher version of PCS7 and then use this block in version V7.0(from Chn block for PCS7 V8). regards Edek Ps.
