Sinumeric 810 GA3 unable boot up

aqiel Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hai every one. I have a problem with Sinumeric 810 GA. The system is unable to boot up, the screen show : ** Initializing and Testing System ** after that no respond and stop, so milling machine cannot be operated. Please help me to fix the problem.

TSH Posts: 73 Rating: (2)	Hello You could try keeping the "Eyeball" key depressed while powering up the controller. This usually puts the controller intoinitial clear mode. If this is successful press the setup end key and allow the controller to reboot on its own. Ifinitial clear mode cannot be entered and you still have the same fault I would suspect a hardware failure. Regards

What that is mean? I have been looking for that but till now I can't find it. Please tell me what the problems is and how to fix it. By the way, Do Siemens has representative agent in Indonesia? to make more easier for me to discuss about siemens control. Thank you, I am waiting for your repply.
