When working with V20, I want the motor shaft to be braked while the motor is stationary. How can I do this with current from the driver?

Hello,

V20 works only in U/f mode and with asynchronous motors. You can't keep asynchonous motor stationary with current from drive. This works only with servomotors and not in U/f mode.

You need motor with holding brake, which can be switched by V20 output (parameters p1215 - p1219). Other types of braking are for slowing down of running motor only.
