On our Win 2019 server , WinCC Unified PC V17 Upd2 was working without problem for a long time. In the same server we have done some other tests reg. nodejs and therefore updated the nodejs  & IISnode on the server. I think we should not do that because WinCC Unified is also using nodejs for its scripts. After that we couldnt open the WinCC Unified  web pages any more.

We uninstalled the WinCC Unified PC and tried to reinstall it. But we got the error "An unexpected error occured" during checking the prerequests.

After that we uninstalled also the nodejs and IISnode that we had installed and tried to install WinCC Unified PC again. But we get always the same error.

We don't want to format our server therefore ask you for urgent support. Thanks in advance....

Have you checked the compatibility of the system? Sometimes a system can work for a long time and then overnight fail due to an unexpected error. You can contact support in case they have encountered similar problems.
