You ca not undo the steps in CFCs and SFCs. 

I hope you have the project backup of the same. If yes, Please retrieve the project backup and check.

If no, you have to re develop the sequence.

I think there is a easy reason why the SFC is not working. Did you try to operate the SFC on the OS? If s, have you done a OS compile? And afterwards a OS download to the server (non Single Station)?

Do you use control strategies? If so, did you set PARAM to "1"? 

Please send us a screenshot from the SFC in the CFC chart in test mode.
