Hello,

I have an issue with a Sinumerik 810D. I have the led SF light up.

I have executed the NCK + PLC reset procedure and i want to upload back NCK /PLC data.

I'm using software WINPCIN , and when i send the data i got on the operating panel this error message"ERORR COM1 :ERORRcode = 0001 :overrun buffer;"

can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi Sir 

 If you have face some issue through RS232 communication issue then you have another options

1. You use a CF Card ( ATA Card)

2. Ether Net Communication 

Make a copy at CF Card NC PLC and Restore Files or archive

You can see a slot in PCU ( Main HMI ) Back side

You Can checked that your machine have these option.

easy to way , Directly press Program Manger then press > key you can see at bottom of screen these options.
