Hey experts,

I am facing strange issue, the system is following :

_pcs7 v9.0

_redundant OS :OSS1 and OSS2, WDWS SERVER 2016

_standalone PH/IS 2014 Sp3 upd2 WINDWS SERVER 2016

The issue :  PH is connected and working good only with the PC OSS2, and i have only one client vusualized on the PH Mangement, when i put OSS1 as master PH doesn't recieve any data.

Ccaphserver are running on borh servers

Os are synchronised and Redundancy is ok

User admin and pswrd is same on all servers

I can't desactive both OS to restart the system because the plant is running now, i tried closing wincc on Os1 and so on OS2 but PH still connect only to OSS2

Hello Ahmed.tn,

The configuration seems to be fine.

Have you tried "Update" button on most right of detailed plant structure information? (See attached navigated file).

If not please try once and update the result here.
