Machine suddenly stopped working and NCU is showing on seven segment an "F"

Hello, a machine suddenly stopped working and NCU is showing on seven segment an "F", I looked at the manual of sinumerik 840D base software and operating software and it says it could be a full compact flash or internal error (which I imagine a full CF card is and internal error). Assuming this could be one of a few faults, need a little guidance. I have taken an archive from an identical machine and same software version. The other machine does not have the same symptoms. If I do an NCK reset, it operates for a period of a few weeks and it comes back. I have to do another NCK reset. Hello, 1. Please provide article number of CF card. 2. Is your system has PCU50/70? Please check. |
