Couple of Months my customer Buy tow Siemens Control 810/820M CNC milling Machines.

When i attend the customer Complaint to run these machines. I Observed that one machine parameter are Lost. and massage is   3 ORD PLC STOP . I have a little bit experience at CNC Turning 810T Of TEA1, TEA2 and PLC S5 Siemens, I have PCIN software and Siemens S5 Software. I Try to established Communication to PC But Not Success. I have A procedure in documents that how to Communication to 810M or control. I will try again 

2nd language issue. Machine language is German not in English. So  I Checked that Parameter no 250 is not showing in NC parameter list. The list Have only 171 Parameter, Not 250 .  

I have put manually TEA1 and TEA2 two files, these file copy from another same machine, After Manually Putting TEA! and TEA2 Machine maximum Switches are working but Physically movement is stop, (panel switches are working ( Mode, feed and others keys. but machine is not move in any mode. Nothing alarms show at screen.

If i write program in MDI-Automatic (S500M03) and if  want to edit or delete the program S500m03  delete the commodes see in picture delete function is not working
