6SL3320-1TE33-8AA3 with CT failure too. Paper winder. Torque control.

Normal operation for couple of weeks, then driven roll producing electrical shock for a few runs (and no alarms/faults. Phase unbalance?), then a few ground faults F30021 which could be cleared, then constant fault even when disconnected from cables and bus and burnt SMC30. Motor and cables ok.

Wonder if it's a pandemic related factory bad manufactured lots?
Or just a system specific susceptibility to frequent dynamic start/stops.
Or the way all the grounding is connected between motor/drive/smc30/encoder/24v/690v. If motor is grounded at both ends and/or encoder is grounded at both ends, could a feedback loop occur and damage the CT?

Service was not helpful.

Module Operating Temperature

Sorry for the delay.

This CT is LEM hall sensor "work for DC/AC currents up to around 4 Drive Nominal ", it can not damage/saturate due to loose connection. also when we checked there was no any symptoms of loose, we just replace the block. we measured the CT afterwords and as per data sheet current required in offline condition is 33mA, for damage CT we found it 5->9mA only. need more insight for possible failure causes, again remember last 4 failures were in same Phase W (Only).
