No output voltage BICO CU320-2-PN control unit

Groj7 Member Joined: 11/26/2021 Last visit: 8/14/2023 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello, I'm facing an issue where there is no output voltage on X132 or X122 of the CU320-2-PN control unit. Switching the inputs / outputs via STARTER has no effect what so ever. This issue only occurs on the Bidirectional digital inputs/outputs. Reading from the isolated digital inputs is possible. The control unit is still functional, there are no alarms in the diagnostics menu. Also DI/DO10 (X132) is high, without steering 1 to the output. Could it be a internal fuse that is broken? Or is it possible that the output is written high inside the flash of the control unit. (seems not the case, removing the flashcard results in a high output on DI/DO10 aswell) Thank you for your help, Jorg

If you want to use it as output you have to change the corresponding bit of p0728 to 1, because per default the DI/DO is parameterized as input. If you use it as digital input, please pay attention that the digital inputs are electrical isolated if the jumper on X122/X132 pin 7&8 is removed. If the same signal of the electrical isolated DI is used on the DI/DO you have to connect it to a common ground first, because because the DI/DO are not operating electrical isolated.
