Hi pavlovand, to me, it looks like you are working on a redundant configuration like a redundant DP/PA link. This is for "Software redundancy for SIMATIC S7" or for "Fault-tolerant systems S7-400H". Since TIA Portal does not support either of these, I'm pretty sure you can't configure the hardware in TIA Portal. Nevertheless, I recommend to create a new support request to clarify the behavior. Hi pavloland as Stefan already said, what you are trying to do is in principle possible with your S7-300 CPU's in a so called "Software Redundant System". The two problems you have with your setup are this though:

Correct in principle, but the CP343-2 is NOT supported in an ET200M of a Software Redundant system (I edited my previous post though to remove this ambiguity). |
